Green Pesto Salad

This salad is quick, simple and oh so delicious! With only 5 ingredients it’s a snap to make and a great way to get your greens in!

1 -10 oz bag mixed salad greens (284 g)

1 cup frozen baby peas, thawed (250 mL)

¼ cup canola oil (60 mL)

¼ cup prepared basil pesto (60 mL)

2 Tbsp vinegar (30 mL)

  1. Combine lettuce and peas in a large salad bowl.
  2. In a separate small bowl, combine remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. Pour dressing over top of salad ingredients in large bowl and toss lightly.
