A tasty and easy frosting recipe for our white cake recipe.

2 cups confectioner’s sugar (500 mL)
1/4 cup cocoa powder (60 mL)
3 Tbsp canola oil (45 mL)
2 tsp vanilla extract (10 mL)
4 – 5 Tbsp milk (50–75 mL)
Combine icing sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, canola oil and 4 Tbsp (60 mL) milk in a large bowl. If frosting is too thick, add milk, 1 tsp (5 mL) at a time, until desired consistency is reached.
Frost top of one cake layer. Place second cake layer on top of first layer and frost top of second layer.
