Roasted Cauliflower with Cold Pressed Canola Oil

Cauliflower is the new “it” vegetable. This recipe uses simple ingredients but the flavour will have you making it again and again. Using cold press canola oil adds a beautiful colour to the cauliflower. If you don’t have cold press/virgin canola oil, use your everyday canola oil.
